It is a Legal Practice Program for fresh law graduates/legal professionals provides essential training to develop a thorough and critical understanding of the knowledge and skills that underpin the practice of law at a professional level. Main objective of this program is to acquaint the students/legal professionals with techniques of Drafting, Advocacy, Negotiation and interviewing in details and in most professional manner.
Program covers general principles of Drafting of various documents, agreements, deeds. It also provides clarity, accuracy, legal requirements and implication of drafting.
Practical advocacy program to develop persuasive advocacy skills in submissions and witness handling both conducted thru experience practioners with a strong practical focus.
